Who should we believe?

Do you think we are Christians because we actually believe or because it's been taught to us from generation to generation?

What they showed us we surely believed,
It was passed to us but we have been deceived.
Its like your life is "The Truman Show",
Everything is a lie, everything you know.
Its not your fault you just did what you were told,
Praying to who? Who's faith do you hold?
Like I tell everyone you must seek the truth.
Take a look at yourself your living in the proof.
But they teach you wrong, and make you self hate,
The one only thing that makes you amazing and great.
