Do we settle??

Do you feel like as women we settle at times,
just because we're to lazy to start over?

Someone once told me you can't be afraid to advance,

Don't short change yourself just give life a chance.

People don't understand it's not easy to love yourself,

Cause if you did you wouldn't put up with shit from someone else.

It's sad to say some people are strong and some are weak,

Always a dependent and can't stand on their own two feet.

We are not born in this world just to be alive,

But in this life only the strong survive.

Most women stay stuck in a comfort zone,

Just to afraid to go and be on their own.

Sometimes it's hard to except change, 

You don't want to see what life can bring. 

But the one thing I know if you ask God for strength,

You will get up and go and take what is meant.
